CRITICAL MINERALS,
UNTAPPED POTENTIAL

HIGH-GRADE
COPPER-GOLD

Golden Spike is advancing its Gregory River Project, focused on an 11-kilometer strike length within a highly prospective VMS (volcanogenic massive sulfide) target corridor. The project hosts several early-stage, high-grade VMS prospects, along with identified copper and gold-bearing veins. By integrating historical exploration data from Rio Tinto and Noranda with results from our 2024 drill program, we are significantly enhancing the project's potential for new, untapped VMS discoveries.

Potential Copper
Supply Shortage

Research projects a potential copper supply-demand gap is looming, and a significant shortfall is projected by 2035. This is driven by increasing demand from sectors such as grid infrastructure, transportation, wind energy, batteries, and solar power.

Few Discoveries
Since 2015

Since 2015, fewer large copper deposits have been identified, raising concerns about future copper availability and supply constraints.

2025 EXPLORATION PLANS

Building on our successful 2024 program, our 2025 exploration plans currently include:

  • Soil Sampling: Steep Brook North and South Targets, both being prime VMS target areas that have never been thoroughly explored.
  • Prospecting, Sampling, Mapping: Continued property-wide prospecting and sampling to develop a base for future targeting.
  • Diamond Drilling: Following up on the 2024 drill results and continuing to test priority IP anomalies
